Gets or sets the maximum height of a code block, its toolbar excluded. A taller block keeps this height and scrolls vertically inside itself; once it reaches either end, the mouse wheel scrolls the document again. Defaults to (no limit). Can be set from a style, e.g. for every viewer of an application.
