Gets or sets whether costly content waits until it is about to scroll into view: images start
loading, formulas and Mermaid diagrams render, and code blocks, shown as plain text until then,
get their syntax colours once they come within one viewport height of the visible area. The
content is laid out before it is shown, and an image already loaded by an earlier render shows at
once. Turn it off when the viewer is never scrolled into view, e.g. when it is rendered to a bitmap
for printing or export, so that everything renders without being seen first. Defaults to
true. Can be set from a style, e.g. for every viewer of an application.
