Renders a Markdig Markdig.Extensions.CustomContainers.CustomContainer (:::name fences, Markdig's
UseCustomContainers()) as a Border.markdown-custom-container around its blocks.
The border also gets the container's name as a class (:::note gives note), so each
kind of container can be styled on its own. Text after the name (:::note Read this first)
becomes a markdown-custom-container-title header.
