Enables LaTeX math parsing and rendering on the viewer: \(...\)/\(...\), and the bracket
delimiters (...)/[...] (see UseMathBracketDelimiters(MarkdownPipelineBuilder)).
With bracketDelimiters false, only \(...\)/\(...\) are
math, and (/[ keep their CommonMark meaning of an escaped parenthesis or bracket.
Unlike UseMermaid()/UseSvg(), this also rebuilds the pipeline: the syntax
needs Markdig's UseMathematics() to even be parsed, not just a renderer.
