Convenience extensions for attaching LaTeX math rendering to a MarkdownViewer.

With bracketDelimiters false, only $...$/$$...$$ are math, and \(/\[ keep their CommonMark meaning of an escaped parenthesis or bracket. Unlike UseMermaid()/UseSvg(), this also rebuilds the pipeline: the syntax needs Markdig's UseMathematics() to even be parsed, not just a renderer.
